Can I use this in games?
Currently, Qubit devices are legalized in NCAA and NFHS baseball games. Qubit devices are not legalized for usage in NCAA or NFHS football games but are proven to be highly effective in practices. We will be pushing for legalization in football games to increase the pace of running plays. If you would like to support this movement, feel free to contact us!
Is Q1/Q2/BQ2 safe for players?
Q1/Q2/BQ2 are designed with player safety as our highest priority. Because of its flat dimensions, the surrounding pads are elevated well above the surface of the device. We have confirmed with helmet manufacturers and a leading otolaryngologist regarding Q1/Q2/BQ2’s safety.
Qubit is LIGHT helmet certified! Our devices successfully withstood rigorous testing according to NOCSAE standards. If you have any additional concerns, feel free to contact us.
How soon can I get this?
Orders will arrive 2-6 business after payment is processed. If you are located outside of the U.S., shipments may take 5-15 days.
What is your return policy?
30 Days Return and Full Refund
Customers will receive a full refund if they return the devices within 30 days of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
We can certainly ship internationally. The price will adjust during checkout. If the country is not listed, please contact us and we will create an invoice.
How do replacements work?
Depending on the damage and duration after purchase, your device may be eligible for a free or discounted replacement.
