Can I use this in games?
For baseball and softball, Qubit devices are legal and permitted to use in college and high school games. Our coach-to-catcher, coach-to-pitcher communication is NCAA and NFHS approved and eliminates sign stealing.
For football, Qubit offers a compliant system for U.S. college football games in the NCAA FBS division (please contact us for more information on our proprietary shut-off transmitter). Qubit devices are also legal to use in college and high school football games in Canada.
Outside of games, Qubit devices are proven to be highly effective in practices.
Is Q2/Q3/BQ3 safe for players?
Q2/Q3/BQ3 are designed with player safety as our highest priority. Because of its flat dimensions, the surrounding pads are elevated well above the surface of the device. We have confirmed with helmet manufacturers and a leading otolaryngologist regarding Q2/Q3/BQ3’s safety.
Qubit is LIGHT helmet certified! Our devices successfully withstood rigorous testing according to NOCSAE standards. If you have any additional concerns, feel free to contact us.
Can I use this in pitcher hats and on other players?
Yes! Our BQ3 device fits in all hats and helmets. You can adjust the volume to your liking. Check your league rules to confirm usage in games. As of date, Qubit coach-to-pitcher communication is legal and permitted to use in high school baseball games in Missouri, Ohio, and North Carolina.
How soon can I get this?
Orders will arrive 2-5 business days after payment is processed. If you are located outside of the U.S., shipments may take 5-15 days.
What is your return policy?
30 Days Return and Full Refund
Customers will receive a full refund if they return the devices within 30 days of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
We can certainly ship internationally. The price will adjust during checkout. If the country is not listed, please contact us and we will create an invoice.
How do replacements work?
Depending on the damage and duration after purchase, your device may be eligible for a free or discounted replacement. The original must be returned to our address so we may review any issues with the product. Please contact us at tech support (214) 732-8838 or info@qubitdevices to request a replacement.
